The following tips may prove helpful

• When emailing models regarding an assignment, please try to give at least 2 weeks notice
   
• Should you wish to email several models regarding the same assignment, the template feature in your profile will save you copying and pasting the same message every time
   
• For Platinum members, when using 'Model Search' prior to a broadcast, if the number of models returned is very large you do not have to wait for the thumbnails to be displayed, simply click on 'Broadcast'
   
• Ensure that the model(s) receiving your email or broadcast actually undertake the work required for your assignment by viewing their profile options. Inappropriate emailing can cause embarrassment as well as wasted time for both parties
   

Providing genuine attempts have been made, should you fail to book at least one model from our books during the year then we will refund your annual subscription.

We are committed to customer satisfaction and are here to try and solve any problems and answer any queries relating to the hiring, photographing etc of models that a member may have.

We are here to help you and are more than willing to provide advice on the format of shoots, individual model selection and using the Broadcast facility (Platinum membership) plus any other area you wish to discuss when hiring a model.

• Upon receipt of payment, your membership will be activated within 24 hours and you will be able to receive the benefits listed above that are appropriate to your category of membership.
   
• When contacting a model please ensure that the assignment is appropriate to what the model does as inquiring about content the model does not undertake may cause offence. This can be confirmed by viewing the model's personal page on the web site prior to any communication.
   
• When contacting models under 18, please use appropriate language.
   
• Please do not ask a model about Time For Prints (TFP) if their model profile does not state this in the M.R.F. section on the model's personal page.
   
• While every possible effort is made to ensure the models on our books are professional and reliable, Blue Indigo Studios Model Agency will not be held responsible should a model be in breach of her obligations.
   
• This web site is for photographic, promotional and filmed assignments only. Enquiries to the models should be work related with at least the potential of a possible assignment.
   
• Abusive language or bad manners in communications with a model will not be tolerated. If a member is in breach of this rule or continually causes a nuisance to models, then their emailing facility will be switched off while the problem is investigated. This may lead to membership being cancelled entirely without refund of the annual subscription fee.
